هاي شدادات! أنا [بروك] [5ك] بالأمس وتلقّى زوج طلعة جوّيّة ينتظر ل ي على الأخرى جانب. غير ضروريّ أن يقول, خسر أنا كلّي يتسكّع أساطيل وموردات.

I've been thinking about retaliation, and have come to a couple conclusions. Feel free to pipe in with your thoughts.

1. My colony in the middle of nowhere (galaxy 3) has yet to be attacked, even though it has the most resources and least defenses. I'm thinking about making it my center for research and building and use my other closer colonies for the offensive bits.
2. Solar sats are unreliable. I learned this the hard way — invest in solar plants when you can afford to.
3. Don't forget to fleet save — I blame Defcon and our server upgrade for my lack of ships now. I could have sent them on a 72+ plus hour trip and would still have the points to show.

I think I'm going to start building IPM's to lob in the direction of these raiders. We'll see what they think of that.
