One cool thing I read about other servers:  The new universes allow “ACS”  - I'm not sure exactly what it stands for, but it lets several fleets team up to make an attack (and possibly a defense).  it sounds like you can do something like this:  Have one fleet leave from a distant location to hit a target and then have a second fleet timed to join the first one before it reaches it's goal.  I think it is even possible for different players to join their fleets into one attack (so we could really “team up” on someone)

I think we should hold off for universe 40 and get in when it spins up.  I like the idea of the ACS, it's something I missed from the BRE days on the bulletin boards.
