Frag Fest Wrapup

September 1, 2008 by Lorien Faulkner

We hope all our fellow gamers in the OKC and Tulsa area are having a great labor-day weekend! We had an excellent turnout this month, and appreciate everyone that braved the wind and the rain to get out and frag some people.

Aside from the fragging (Trackball McGee for the win, ya’ll), PTD also announced our interest in sponsoring Oklahoma-based players for next seasons’ professional gaming circuit. We’ll definitely be talking more about that in the next few months, and our first of four events will be tentatively scheduled in December of this year. If you think you have what it takes to play pro, make sure you sign up for our digest email (use the form in the top-right) to stay in the loop. It’s spam-free.

Here are some photo’s of the event. If you want copies, just drop us a line in the comments and we’ll get them shipped off. We’ll see you at the next Frag Fest!

Yeah, it was — we had a blast. Note the PTD mousepads we hacked together for the PC lan. Those plastic tables wrecked havok on the laser mouse contingency.

You should get a gravatar, the randomly generated one looks so sad!
