For those of you who have watched and re-watched the Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy and have longed for the day where you can talk like Jack Sparrow, your day has come, as today marks the celebration of “International Talk Like A Pirate Day.”

As life proves more and more depressing, what with news of a failing economy and an election that resembles an episode of Days of Our Lives than a scene of actual political discourse, today proves the perfect time to forget about life, put on a pirate outfit, talk like a drunk Jack Sparrow and pillage for treasure…wherever it may be.
