That happened to me this morning when I realized that The Princess Bride Game came out in June this year. As for you, ladies, get ready to delve into dreams of Westley all over again.

The game delights players with a series of mini games and promises not to disappoint by being a poor imitation of a movie-turned-game, having had the benefit of many years of aging, such as a fine wine. Tantalizing with such treats and experiencing first hand the life on the farm to the Battle of Wits and other such memories from one of our favorite movies, The Princess Bride Game is sure to be keep young and old amused for as long as one can keep their sides from splitting.

Just over twenty years in the making, The Princess Bride Game was brought to life by WorldWide Biggies a digital entertainment studio dedicated to making quality entertainment for kids, young adults, and families. For those of you who partake in the pleasure that is Mac, you will be pleased to know that this game is now, only slightly delayed from the PC release, available for you, as well. Therefore young farm boys, embark on your quest through the fireswamp to marry your Buttercup, and don’t forget those sweet words, “As you wish.”
