Konami to Reveal Fall/Winter Line-up at Press Event

Konami, a company known by gamers everywhere for their “Castlevania” and “Metal Gear Solid” series of games, has just revealed the new games that they will be announcing at the 2008 Holiday Press Event in Manhattan. Konami is expected to release games for all major platforms, and gamers like myself always appreciate the opportunity to test out a new Konami game. Wii Shop to See ‘Strong’ and ‘Mega’ Additions This Week

Mega Man and Strong Bad will return to the Wii Shop this week, each starring in their second adventures. Strong Bad will appear in the episode “Strong Badia the Free,” while Mega Man will star in the highly-acclaimed sequel, “Mega Man 2.” Strong Bad’s second adventure will appear on WiiWare while Mega Man’s second quest will debut on the Virtual Console. Harmonix Brings the Rock, Promises Not to Stop

Harmonix announced the planned release of Rock Band Track Pack Volume 1 today, promising users of Rock Band on the Wii and PS2 twice as much rock with half the calories of the leading brands.
The release wasn’t completely clear as to how we get a copy, but we think the little man with the asterisk was saying something about it being downloadable content. Either way the pack will cost you US$29.99, be available on July 15th, and will include the following awesome music:
